Have tried following a structured strength program
Have worked with a personal trainer for at least 6 months
General understanding of calories and macronutrients and how they impact your fitness goal

(ADVANCED)
Have extensive experience working with kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells
Have at least 1 year cumulative experience working with a personal trainer or strength coach
Preparing for a physical event such as a golf or tennis tournament
Practice a sport regularly and want to optimize your performance
