Precision Training NYC uses a tier system to get an understanding of your strength training experience and where you should start. 

Choose your TIER and fill out a personal training form below

Tier 1

(Beginner)

Have little to no experience with dumbbells, kettlebells, and/or barbell workouts

Have never been on a structured strength program

Have worked with a personal trainer for 3 months or less

Little to no experience following nutrition guidelines that match your fitness goal

Tier 2 (inTERMEDIATE)

Experience working with dumbbells and kettlebells and comfortable using barbells

Have tried following a structured strength program

Have worked with a personal trainer for at least 6 months

General understanding of calories and macronutrients and how they impact your fitness goal

Tier 3

(ADVANCED)

Have extensive experience working with kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells

Have at least 1 year cumulative experience working with a personal trainer or strength coach

Preparing for a physical event such as a golf or tennis tournament

Practice a sport regularly and want to optimize your performance
