Personal Training

Your personal trainer specializes in working with people looking to lose fat, build strength, and feel more confident. Here’s what you can expect: 
 

  • A consultation where we’ll chat about your goal(s), exercise history, injuries, nutrition,  sleep, and conduct a movement analysis. This’ll set the foundation for your first strength program.

  • 8-12 week progressive strength training programs.   

  • Weekly nutrition check in. We’ll make calorie and protein recommendations and hold you accountable to hitting those targets. 

  • Weekly movement check in. We'll hold you accountable to hitting a recommended step count or create a workout routine for you to do at  home.
