Your personal trainer specializes in working with people looking to lose fat, build strength, and feel more confident. Here’s what you can expect:

A consultation where we’ll chat about your goal(s), exercise history, injuries, nutrition, sleep, and conduct a movement analysis. This’ll set the foundation for your first strength program.

Progressive strength training programs.

Weekly nutrition check in. We’ll make calorie and protein recommendations and hold you accountable to hitting those targets.

Weekly movement check in. We'll hold you accountable to hitting a recommended step count or create a workout routine for you to do at home.
